PROJECT SUMMARY
Our project consists of 436 apartments, and of the 183 apartments launched, sales transactions for 173 have been fully completed.
In total, sales transactions for 10 of our apartments are ongoing.
Our land-for-flat exchange process has been agreed upon with MER-FA İnşaat Fatih Uslu and Ertam Yapı İnşaat Partnership, and the process will be completed once the title deed transactions to be delivered to our customers are finalized.
Regarding the title deed transactions, all customers who have made purchases have received their title deeds, and in the event of a transaction for the apartments currently on sale, the title deeds will be delivered as well.
