PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATIVE TEXT

1. Purpose of the Informative Text and Data Controller & Contact Information


In accordance with the obligation introduced by Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, this informative text has been prepared by VİP REAL GAYRİMENKUL DANIŞMANLIĞI İNŞAAT PAZARLAMA VE TİCARET A.Ş. (“Company” or “Coldwell Banker VIP”) regarding the processing and protection of your personal data.

  • The right to object to the emergence of an adverse result against you as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • The right to request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your request to exercise the rights mentioned above in Turkish, along with documents verifying your identity, in writing to any of the contact addresses of Coldwell Banker VIP as the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Applications to the Data Controller.

    Your applications will be responded to within at most 30 days.

8. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data are retained for the duration required by the purposes of processing and within the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. At the end of the specified period, your data are securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

9. Updating the Informative Text

This informative text may be regularly updated in accordance with the applicable legislation and changes in our Company’s policies. The updated text comes into effect upon publication.
